Internal Combustion Engine and Method of Cooling the Same

        The inventions relate to the field of engine-building and are united under the common inventive conception.

The internal combustion engine comprises a cylinder block (8) with pistons (15) mounted so as to provide for relative rotation and with combustion chambers (34) directed at the centre of rotation and its surrounding frame (1) and/or a rim (4) with internal contact surface (6) positioned so as to provide for an interaction with pressure rollers (33), mounted on each piston (15) or on connecting rods linked with them, openings and passageways made in the cylinder block (8), in the pistons (15) and/or in the frame (1) for supply, circulation and abstraction of lubricants and cooling materials, for simultaneous supply of combustible mixtures (61) into two oppositely positioned combustion chambers (34) and abstraction of combustion products (62) therefrom. The pistons (15) are shifted aside tangentially towards the relative rotation (60) of the cylinder block (8) with simultaneous convergence of the combustion chambers (34) to each other and to the centre of rotation and/or an axis (31) of each pressure roller (33) is misaligned from the axis of the piston (15). With four-cylinder embodiment of engine the magnitude of a piston (15) side shift is more than one fourth of the cylinder (14) diameter and with two-cylinder or six-cylinder embodiments it's less than a half.

The method of cooling on the internal combustion engine employing a proper rotation of the cylinder block (8) with finning (28-29) or its surrounding frame (1) with internal airspace (11), wherefrom lubricating oil is abstracted and returned and where during engine operation and relative rotation of a cylinder block (8) heated oil-air mixture (68) is formed and taken by means of a rotary cylinder block (8) or by a frame (1). The heated oil-air mixture (68) is forced out from the internal airspace (11). Air from  the abstracted heated oil-air mixture (68) is not returned back, instead fresh air (69) from the atmosphere is permitted into the engine. Pumping ability of the rotary cylinder block (8) is used to provide for forced abstraction of the heated oil-air mixture (68) from the internal airspace (11), wherefore one or more outlet openings (51) tangentially directed towards the rotation of a cylinder block (8) are made in the frame (1).

Torotadze-Taniashvili double-row internal combustion engine, with wobble-yoke mechanism and constant or variable compression ratio and stroke of pistons, concerns to field of motorbuilding.

       

Engine contains at least one wobbler, installed with inclination on main shaft and engaged by hinges with yoke, sat on rock axis, installed or placed in body of engine, connected by hinge or hooking engagement with four pistons, placed in double-row installed cylinders, or rods, jointed with pistons. Medium point of every engaging hinge of yoke with wobbler placed in the middle of angle sector, formed between medium points of yoke engaging or hooking with pistons or rods. As modification, main shaft of engine and wobble-yoke unit are replaced out of zone of engine cylinders installation, yoke is designed with elongated rock axis and supplied with rocker, connected with pistons or wobbler, engaged with them. As modification, engine contains mechanism of yoke rock axis removing from main shaft axis and flexible unit, interacting with that one. Yoke is engaged with wobbler by means of fixed or designed on wobbler, spherical or cardan hinge, with possibility of removing on or in that. Mechanism of yoke rock axis removing is supplied with controlled lock, contains eccentrical axis or lever, installed in body with possibility of controlled turning or swinging, supplied with damper, buried in oil in engine. Engine is provided with unit or arrangement for measuring of displacement volume and compression, and translation signals for display or control.

     

Is supplied 4-cycle function of 4-cylinder, as minimum, engine and simplification of construction, it’s possible to design with any angle of inclination of cylinders to main shaft.

Method for Producing Starter for a Fermented Milk Product Matsoni

The present invention relates to food industry, particularly to microbiology and biotechnology of fermented milk products, and may be applied to production of starter for matsoni  wholesome and innocuous fermented milk product.

The advantage of the invention is that it determines the optimal composition of matsoni starter and proposes the method of its producing in a form of dry bacterial culture that is handier for use and has a longer shelf life, that altogether serves to ensure the high quality and wholesome properties of produced fermented milk product and stable presence of these distinctive qualities during the reproduction.
